Moves with the [EX] sign have an EX variation, meaning they can be performed with 2P or 2K too. EX moves have special properties, making them stronger than their normal counterpart, but at the cost of 1/2 powerbar.
Death Wave :

Freeza throws a Death Wave, much like Geese's Repukken. Strength and speed depend on the button pressed. Light Punch is slow, while Strong Punch faster.
EX version sends the opponent in the air, allowing juggling. Press Up when the opponent is sent in the air to automatically teleport by his side for an aerial rave. Can only send in the air once in a combo, to avoid infinites.
Aerial Death Wave :

While in the air, Freeza throws a bullet projectile towards the ground. Speed and strength depend on the button pressed.
If the bullet hits the opponent, it will explode on contact and deal damage. If it hits the ground, it will transform into a ground Death Wave projectile (with the same properties).
EX version will bounce juggle an aerial opponent, much like Superior Flip.
Head Charge :

Freeza quickly charges, head first, towards his opponent, much like Vega's Psycho Crusher. Speed and strength depend on the button pressed. You can combo into this move from normal moves.
The EX version will, instead of having Freeza bounce off on impact, travel all the way until he reaches the wall of the stage, and bounce off there. This allows
for you to cancel into one of his Air Specials or Supers.
Aerial Head Charge :

While in the air, Freeza quickly dives, head first, towards his opponent. Speed depends on the button pressed.
EX version hits three times, like the ground version.
All versions cause the enemy to be bounced in the air while Freeza lands quickly, allowing you to keep attacking the enemy who'll still be airborne as you recover.
Dashing Elbow :

A trick move, where Freeza twirls around to avoid the opponent's attack, before performing a powerful Dashing Elbow that stuns the opponent and can lead into a basic combo string.
The EX version does a small autocombo upon impact, a mini-Meteor Smash.
Counterport :

Freeza takes a bow, provoking and taunting the enemy. When they hit Freeza, he will instantly teleport behind them with them slightly paused in their attack animation,
allowing for a punishment of your choosing.
Death Beam :

A very fast beam attack, that hits only once but can cancel other super projectiles.

Freeza's most fun tool. He charges energy which he shapes into a disc, which he then throws forward. Each button imput (weak, medium, strong) throws the disc at a different arc, in this case
the stronger the button used to activate it, the more range it will have, Strong version going fullscreen.
Death Ball 25% :

One of Freeza's most famous attacks. He charges a Death Ball, then launches it to create a large ground explosion.
- When performing the move, you can hold the Punch button to charge the move. Release the punch button to fire.
- Death Ball 25% can also be performed in the air.
Death Beam Barrage :

A superfast multiple beam attack, it won't cancel any projectile like the lv1 version but it does hit very rapidly and comes out just as fast.

A souped-up version of the move. He charges a Death Ball, then launches it to create a large ground explosion. Once it hits the ground, it will stay there for a while, acting as a damaging wall for p2.
- When performing the move, you can hold the Punch button to charge the move. Release the punch button to fire.
- Death Ball 50% can also be performed in the air.
Sadist Mode (NOT ADDED YET):
Sadist Mode is an ability Freeza can activate for 2 powerbars. He decides it's time to have a little fun with his prey.
Death Ball 75% (NOT ADDED YET):

An even move souped-up version of the move. He charges a Death Ball, then launches it to create a large ground explosion. Once it hits the ground, it has an additional effect; lightning strikes occur around the blastzone and there is a stronger vacuum effect, sucking p2 towards it.
- When performing the more, you can hold the Punch button to charge the move. Release the punch button to fire.
- Death Ball 75% can also be performed in the air.
Sadistic Dance :

As a tribute to M.Bison's Knee Press Nightmare, Freeza flips forward twice, stunning the enemy, before rising up with a multi-hit tail+kick attack. Quite powerful.
In Sadist mode, Freeza gains access to different finishers for Sadistic Dance, which are performed automatically depending on the Sadist Bar level
(NOT ADDED YET):
- Torture Death Beam (Lv.1) : Freeza gets a little insane and lets loose with an extremely fast volley of small Death Beams, slowly roasting the enemy alive.
- Super Energy Cut (Lv.2) : Freeza charges and lets loose an invisible energy wave that cuts through anything, including the enemy.
- Supernova (Lv.3) After humiliating the enemy, Freeza charges his most powerful attack, a full power Death Ball which vaporates anything in sight.
